I wanted to let you know what a great job Josh did for us installing our new pc's.  He listened to a couple of old guys wants and needs and did everything he could to make us comfortable with our new equipment.  He was very patient and confident.  His confidence was a great comfort to me because a lot of things have changed in the computer world since Neil installed our first system here in 2003.  Josh, in my opinion is definitely a "keeper"
